The majority of our utilities—including PDF merge, PDF page extraction, image compression, case converters, word counters, and financial calculators—execute client-side directly within your web browser using HTML5 Canvas, WebAssembly, and local JavaScript libraries. This means your sensitive documents never leave your physical device for these operations.
2. Server-Side Temporary Processing
When utilizing heavy server-side conversion or background worker queues, your uploaded files are transmitted over 256-bit encrypted HTTPS connections directly to isolated sandbox environments. Files are retained only for the duration needed to generate the requested output and are permanently purged according to our 24-hour automatic retention window.
3. User Data & Authentication
For registered accounts, we store only essential account credentials (email address and securely hashed passwords using bcrypt with salt rounds). We never store raw payment card details; all financial transactions are handled securely by PCI-DSS certified payment processors (Razorpay and Stripe).
4. Cookies & Local Storage
We use minimal cookies strictly necessary for authenticating sessions, persisting light/dark theme preferences, and remembering your favorite pinned tools.
